Welcome to Hydia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit or buy from hydia.shop (the "Website"). In these Terms, "Hydia," "we," "us," and "our" mean the store operated at 327 W Main St, Denison, Texas 75020, United States. By using our Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. 1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products and Descriptions

We sell kitchen accessories, including food storage containers, kitchen sink organizers, manual oil dispenser bottles, and manual vegetable choppers. We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, colors, sizes, and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings or manufacturing differences. We may update or remove products at any time.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only after we confirm it. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order, for example because of stock issues, pricing or listing errors, incorrect contact details, suspected fraud, or an order we cannot confirm. If we cancel an order, you will be notified.

4. Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars (USD $) and may change without notice. Prices at checkout apply to your order. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and notify you.

5. Payment (Cash on Delivery)

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. No online payment is taken when you place an order. Payment is collected in cash at the time of delivery, so please have the exact total amount ready. 6. Taxes and Shipping

7. Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If you refuse delivery, provide an incorrect address or phone number, or are unavailable after repeated delivery attempts, the order will be returned to us and cancelled. We may limit or disable COD on future orders for customers with repeated refused or failed deliveries.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our [Return & Refund Policy]. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, and are issued by bank transfer.

9. Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it ships by contacting support@hydia.shop with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be able to return it under our Return & Refund Policy.
